This wonderful hotel is pure chintz, so cute, so friendly, quite and discreet. The décor is very typical of an old English country house, but the real wow factor is the friendly welcome. We have no idea if any of the staff are gay, but the welcome was such that it really did not matter. This hotel is more than just gay friendly, it is simply very friendly.
Very relaxed and laid back, nothing is too much trouble and the attitude seems to everyone is welcome com’ on in. A real luxury central London hotel.
